Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website — what it collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. The IV7 app is a separate product with its own data handling; the second half of this page describes what it collects so you know what you are agreeing to when you register.

The short version

This site is a static information site. It does not have accounts, does not ask you to log in, and does not run a payment system. We do not sell data, and there is very little of it to sell.

What this website collects

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people read and where they arrive from — the kind of aggregate reporting that tells us the download guide is more useful than the FAQ, and nothing about you personally. This covers page URL, referring source, approximate country or region, device type and browser, and a truncated IP address used for geolocation and then discarded.

None of this identifies you. It is not combined with anything else, not sold, and not shared with advertisers.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for security and abuse prevention. These are retained for a short period and then deleted automatically. We do not routinely read them.

Messages and contact forms

This site does not run a contact form, a newsletter or a support inbox, so there is no channel here through which you can send us personal information. Account support happens inside the IV7 app, under that app's own privacy policy rather than this one.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not show a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser may store local preferences (such as an expanded FAQ item) on your own device; that never leaves your phone or computer and we cannot read it.

What we do not collect

No account registration — there are no accounts on this website.
No payment details. This site cannot take a payment and never asks for one.
No advertising identifiers, cross-site tracking pixels or data broker sharing.
No precise location.
No contact list, SMS, call log or file access.

What the IV7 app collects

The app is operated separately from this site and its data handling is governed by its own in-app policy, which you accept at registration. Broadly, an app of this type collects:

Account data — your mobile number (which is your login ID) and a hashed password. A properly built platform never stores a password in a readable form.
KYC documents — identity documents and a selfie, submitted once, held to meet verification obligations before withdrawals are enabled.
Payment data — the UPI handle or bank details you supply, plus transaction amounts, status and timestamps. Card numbers and UPI PINs are never held by the app; those stay inside the payment provider.
Device and usage data — device model, Android version, app version, IP address, login history and gameplay activity, used for fraud detection and support.

Read the in-app policy before registering. If you want your app account or its data deleted, that request goes through in-app support — we cannot action it from here, because we have no access to it.

How long we keep website data

Analytics data is aggregated and retained for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for a short period, typically no more than 30 days. Emails are kept for as long as the correspondence is useful and then deleted.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and comparable laws elsewhere, you can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. In practice, for this website that usually amounts to your email correspondence — but the right applies regardless.

In practice these rights have very little to bite on here: this website holds no account for you, no contact record and nothing that identifies you personally. Requests about data held by the IV7 app itself — including deletion of your account and its records — go through the support button inside the app, which is the only channel with access to them. If you are unhappy with how such a request is handled, you can escalate to the relevant data protection authority.

Children

This site covers an 18+ product and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and this site provides no channel through which a child could submit personal information to us.

Third parties

External links on this site — payment providers, helplines, Android documentation — are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We have no control over what they collect and no relationship with them beyond linking.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we update it here and move the date at the top of the page. There is no separate archive; the version on this page is always the current one.

Where privacy questions go

Questions about data held against your IV7 account — what is stored, correcting it, or deleting the account entirely — go through the support button inside the IV7 app. That is the only route with access to your records; this website has none of them.
